Arist AI: Data Privacy & Security
Arist's AI course generator and content converter, Sidekick, is built on OpenAI's latest generative AI model which has enterprise-grade security and doesn't store or use customer data for model training.
How Sidekick uses your company's data:
You can safely share your company’s proprietary data with Arist by uploading a file or pasting text for course generation.
The data you provide is encrypted and stored privately in Arist in our database (AWS S3) for up to 30 days (alongside the rest of your organization's Arist data.)
When you generate the outline and course, we feed that information plus the prompting details you provided to OpenAI’s latest GPT model (alongside our pre-build prompts that help generate a course) by contacting their API.
This data you provided is not stored in OpenAI at all. The information you provide is only used at the point of outline and course generation. This means the information is not being used to train OpenAI’s model at all.
