HP likely needs no introduction, but as a global technology and chip manufacturing company - with 50,000 employees and an industry that's changing weekly - their needs are as complex as they get.


The challenge

As the industry's pace of change got faster, HP realized their L&D team was quickly becoming outpaced by the business and couldn't prove results. From new leadership essentials to understanding new products, they realized they needed a brand new way of training that would teach skills as fast as the industry required them. They also knew that, with a huge global and distributed workforce, everything had to be dynamic and well adopted.


The solution and implementation

Arist has all of the functionality of an LMS and LXP, including course creation, hosting, assignment, learner management, and analytics. But it's an entirely new category.
