🤝 “Wellness Series: Practicing Mindfulness” is a 5-lesson course as part of our “Wellness Series.”
🔍 In this course, learners explore the basics of the importance of mindfulness and have the opportunity to develop their own mindfulness meditation practice. We'll cover topics like: introducing your mindfulness journey, benefits and challenges of mindfulness, mindfulness research, transcendental meditation, and applying mindfulness into your daily life moving forward.
