The training team is responsible for developing training strategy with the learner in mind, creating and delivering learning experiences through instructor-led sessions, eLearning, videos, and documentation, managing training logistics and tools, and implementing and maintaining robust measurement to continuously improve the effectiveness of training.
We are seeking a training program manager that will own select program(s), conduct an in-depth needs analysis, evaluate and improve existing training offering, identify gaps across all domains (skill and tools, product knowledge, industry and functional expertise), manage existing and develop and deploy new training programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading training efforts in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Specifically, we are looking for a talent development practitioner with experience managing training programs including content, logistics, facilitation, and measurement across multiple modalities and formats. We are looking for a problem solver who is proactive, meticulous, customer-obsessed, and is a strong leader willing to roll up their sleeves no matter how large or small the task is – from managing program logistics to creating content to diving deep into data.

There is no typical day in the life for this role, but over the course of a year your time distribution will look something like this: 25% L&D Business Partner, 25% "Wedding Planner" (lots of moving pieces!), 25% Trainer/Facilitator and 25% Learning Analyst.
