As the Global Learning and Development Team continues to grow, we are hiring a Learning Business Partner to help us scale and shape our future. The Global Learning and Development Team at DoorDash is a cross functional team of 21 who leads DoorDash University. Throughout the year, the Global Learning and Development Team designs, develops and delivers high, ROI learning and development solutions and programs to maximize business impact. As a member of the Global Learning and Development Team, the Learning Business Partner will be joining an agile, world class team with a strong bias for action that is focused on scaling learning to support all DoorDash employees in creating career-defining work.
As the Learning Business Partner, you will elevate, lead and deliver DoorDash’s global corporate employee onboarding program. You will work closely with business stakeholders, cross functional partners and external vendors to execute an enterprise strategy that supports the 90-day onboarding experience for all corporate employees in DoorDash's flexible working environment. Based on your skill set and interests, you will also have an opportunity to learn new skills and to help drive strategic projects.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Development on our Global Learning and Development Team in our Talent Management and Total Rewards organization. While our offices are open, we expect this role to be hybrid and based in San Francisco with some occasional travel.
