Reporting to the North America Learning & Development Director, the Associate Director will be responsible for enabling business growth and a high-performing organizational culture by managing and delivering world-class onboarding; developing and supporting a U.S. Companion certified field sales representative training program; interacting and providing a connection for Companion Regional Managers and Professional Service Veterinarians; Facilitating cross-functional teamwork to optimize Companion onboarding experience; and Supporting the Companion classroom experience, pull through and implementation. This individual will have the opportunity to advance his/her knowledge and grow in the Learning and Development field by supporting innovative and modern learning methods to provide resources to a multi-generational workforce and evolving business landscape.
