How EnergyCo reinforces courses with Arist

EnergyCo (company name changed for privacy) is a global leader in sustainable energy solutions. They’re on the leading edge of tackling the skills gap, training their global workforce annually in everything from leadership to cybersecurity.

Every year, they host extensive conferences, seminars, workshops with industry experts. Online, employees have access to a large suite of video-based courses.

Despite all of this great work, the company’s learning developers and event managers aren’t getting the most out of their efforts. On average, employees will forget 50% of what they learn from workshops, seminars, or videos within the first hour.
